Allé hop je commence par une petite vidéo et lancez là après je m’explique
Alors voilà je suis rentré dimanche d’un week-end de folie, et lundi pour couronner la fin du week-end j’ai été à un concert du Count Basie Orchestra, un orchestre de Jazz qui existe depuis à peu près toujours et qui fût une référence, enfin si j’y étais c’était plutôt que l’événement se déroulait à l’esplanade, la salle de concert de Singapour, un superbe bâtiment récent. Je ne voulais pas faire de mécontents avec du Jazz trop jazz alors je vous ai mis cette vidéo, l’album c’est Soul c’est que des reprises par Seal j’adore cet album et en ce moment je l’écoute ;-) . Le concert était incroyable, l’équipe un peu vieillissante, mais 20 mecs sur scène qui s’éclatent qui techniquement assurent beaucoup trop, plein de superbes solos. Y a pas à dire c’est ça qui manque dans la musque aujourd’hui : le solo d’un mec qui cartonne. Le leader, 93 ans sauf erreur, était incroyable, presque en forme et surtout heureux comme un gamin d’être là. L’ambiance aussi était super des étudiants des presque centenaires tout le monde super heureux d’être là.
Pour ceux qui se demandent ce que c’est que l’arnaque, qui s’attendent à voir des plages, et moi je décide de vous parler de musique et de jazz…non non c’est pas vraiment une arnaque c’est juste que comme ça vous êtes obligé de tout lire…imaginez que je commence à vous parler du count basie alors que ça fait 10min que vous me lisez vous aurez zappé direct…et j’ai vraiment adoré ce concert alors faut bien que j’en parle.
Donc voilà le week-end dernier on est parti à 4, un suisse, un belge (coté obscure de la Belgique….) et un suédois. Sur une île au nord-ouest de la Malaisie, nommée Langkawi. Ile exclusivement touristique depuis 1987, année où le gouvernement malais à décidé, afin de relancer le tourisme dans le pays, de la rendre taxe-free. Ile y a quelques îles comme ça en Malaisie, et c’est vrai que c’est un atout considerable, pays à grande majorité musulmane, l’alcool est sur-taxé, rapport ou pas rapport on pourrait en disserter pendant des heures. Enfin l’alcool est globalement moins cher en Malaisie qu’à Singapour mais pas beaucoup, alors qu’à Langkawi ça devient presque choquant….Bon allé je fais la conversion CHFs : 30 centimes la bière, 5 francs la bouteille de vodka, 2.- la plaque de Lindt Excellence…..Finalement on a beaucoup bougé sur l’île, et pas trop abusé de cet alcool à bas prix.
Pour poser le décor Jeudi passé j’ai eu une journée de fou, 2 présentations, 9h de cours et 12h à l’uni. Et voilà que le vendredi je monte dans un avion et atterri au paradis. Bon atterrissage au paradis, location de voiture pour 2 jours (genre moins de 100.-) et recherche d’hôtel, après 0 tentatives, enfin 1 quand même pour réussir, on est tombé sur un motel vraiment cool sur la plage. La plage est sur la photo 2 mais j’y reviendrai. Bon bref si je continue à meubler avant les photos c’est que c’est à ce moment là que l’instant ultime est arrivé : A côté de l’hôtel, il y a un restaurant allemand, Alors admettons là Palander special Oktoberfest sur une plage comme ça, c’est pas mal. Bob Marley dans les haut-parleurs avec la plage et la bière c’est encore mieux, et l’entrecôte de Bœuf saignante d’une taille incroyable avec des frittes, une bière allemande, Bob Marley, le bruit de la mer et du sable sous la table. J’ai trouvé l’endroit parfait, on m’aurait demandé quel était l’endroit parfait pour moi, j’aurai fait un truc dans le genre mais je suis sûr que j’aurai oublié des détails.
| Premier arret après 3 minutes, c’est l’heure du plein (on prend les voitures vides là bas, c’est marrant ça fait un petit challenge de la ramener le plus vide possible…Pas évident mais on a très bien réussi….Bon on fait le plein et là je tente 10x mais impossible de faire démarrer l’engin (Ha ouais j’étais chauffeur pendant les 2 jours, je commence presque à craindre le retour à droite, je gère trop la gauche maintenant…). Bon bref rien de grave c’était juste que pour faire démarrer la voiture fallait que la 3ème lumière s’éteigne puis s’allume, puis la 2ème deviennent bleu puis attendre que les 5 dernières s’éteignent dans le sens décroissant anti-trigonometrique...Et encore je vous épargne les détails. Bon bref c’est à ce moment que sort un reflex con mais humain on ouvre le capot, alors bon on est 4 étudiants personne ne sait ne serait-ce trouver la jauge d’huile, mais on est en panne on ouvre le capot…Ne rigolez pas je suis convaincu que vous faites la même chose….ne vous sentez pas con nous aussi on a fait la même chose… ;-) |

| Alors voilà quand je disais touristique c’est que vraiment c’est touristique, il ont mis un télécabine (suisse évidemment) au milieu de l’île et construit un magnifique pont piéton suspendu en haut. C’est vraiment touristique mais sympa. On a eu la chance d’être hors saison donc quasi personne d’autre que nous, et l’avantage de ces îles touristiques c’est qu’il y a des choses à voir et à faire, parce que bon sinon c’est des plages quoi…c’est sympa mais pour un week-end c’est un peu dommage. |

| Excursion numéro 2 les waterfall, des chutes d’eaux en français, l’eau à 22° (comparé à 28 je pense à la mer, vraiment c’était une première dans ma vie de croiser de l’eau aussi chaude en mer.) Bon bref c’est cool l’eau est fraiche il y a des espèces de toboggans naturels et surtout la vue sur la mer. Endroit génial again. |

| Bon allé c’est parti pour des plages à ne plus en finir, il y a aussi un petit tour en bateau avec une bat-cave un eagle feeding, et des singes (j’ai du voir des milliers de singes en 3 mois mais non désolé j’adore ces bêtes, c’est tellement genre nous sans les prises de têtes j’adore. |
